Start the year in Scripture

Bible study has truly transformed my life. While studying Scripture, I’ve grown closer to God, understood what it means to live like Jesus, and developed deeper friendships with other women.
With a new year starting, I have some new plans for studying the Bible this year. My Precept group just started a study on Joshua. I’m excited to dive into Joshua’s story, which is ultimately God’s story, and learn more about that time in history and what it means for me today. I’m also reading through The Bible Recap. I have Tara-Leigh Cobble’s book, but I’m really loving it on the Bible app.
I’m excited to add the CSB Women’s Study Bible to my stack of resources. I already have Joshua bookmarked!

I have started reading the Bible from the beginning this year. I’m not following a reading plan because I want to take my time and not feel like I have to meet the schedule. This looks like a lovely Bible!
Truly lovely! I love that you’re just diving in and spending time in God’s word. Thanks for being here.
I am doing The Bible Recap as well! My Saturday morning Bible study group started it on January 1st. We just finished the 3 month New Testament plan and are now doing the year plan. I really like it! I did the 3 month plan in my app but have been doing the new plan with my physical Bible. I just mark it off on the app as I go!
I think I’ll go back and forth between reading on the app and in a Bible … but I love being able to see the whole plan in the app. I’m glad you entered to win this pretty Bible!
Doing the 3 month Bible Recap in the NT with my family and Joshua precept study—enjoying it so much and only in chapter 1!!
Doing the Bible Recap makes me really glad we are studying Joshua and not Job … 🙂 This is a really pretty Bible, and you would love it!
I’m also going through The Bible Recap on the Bible app! 🙂
Yay! 🙂 Glad you entered this giveaway!
