I enjoyed this light, sweet snack from Kraft Foods, and it’s low on fat and sugar.
1 honey graham cracker, crushed
2/3 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (4-serving size) sugar-free orange Jell-O
1 8-ounce pkg. fat-free cream cheese
2 cups thawed lite Cool Whip
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs into bottom of 9-inch pie pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Cool 5 minutes. Pour into blender. Add cheeses; blend well.
Pour into large bowl and gently mix Cool Whip. Pour into prepared pan. Smooth top.
Refrigerate 4 hours. Makes 8 servings.
